The Client selects the focus of his featured event, according with its own strategy. Nevertheless, follow some examples of relevant topics which contribute to increase significantly the awareness of the featured event:

Basic information

• Start and end dates
• Complete and correct name of the event, including the number of its edition (if applicable). In many cases, the event has a main and general title and a thematic subtitle covered by each edition. Many events also have their name in two different formats: the complete name ant its acronym.
• The active URL (provided by the Client) to which the featured event should link (event web page)
• Event organization: the organization that organizes the event or the organizations that co-organize the event
• Venue: city, place within the city (conference centre, institute, university, hotel, resort, ...) and Country
• Short description (in few words). Example: Turning ideas into scientific value — the most important international Fair in Nano Bio — Conferences, Partnering and more.
• Topics covered, scope or display categories. Example: nanomedicine, nanodiagnostic, nanobiosensors, ...

Detailed information

• Invitation letter, written by the chair of the organizing committee
• Event profile (long description)
• Detailed information about the topics covered, scope or display categories
• Schedule or calendar of deadlines, including early bird registrations and last minute deadlines
• Committees and their members (organizing, scientific, local, secretariat)
• Call for Session Proposals
• Speakers list
• Detailed information about the event program
• Sponsors list and information for organizations interested on sponsorship
• Information about the exhibition (if applicable): exhibition program (including categories), information for exhibitors, exhibitor by list, map of exhibition grounds, ...
• Detailed information about the conference or conferences. In case of several conferences in the same event, those can be grouped into thematic categories
• Information about admission to all conferences with the 'Full Conference Pass' (if applicable)
• Detailed Information about the conference registration (if applicable), including the active URL (provided by the Client) to which the featured event should link (event registration web page)
• Detailed information about the place that will host the event (conference centre, institute, university, hotel, resort, ...)
• Detailed information about 'planning your trip' : travel, arrival, accommodation (including selected or recommended hotels or hotels offering attractively priced rooms for attendees and exhibitors), services for tourists, package offers, departure, ...
• Tips about the city (tourist, practical, recommendations, ...) in order to let the attendees and visitors visit interesting places of the city before and/or after the event

Follow some details about to prepare the content about a featured event:

• The text content must be original
• No restrictions to word count, for each featured event
• Each featured event can include images (in accordance with the strategy of the Client). Image formats accepted: JPEG, TIFF or PSD recommended, GIF accepted. Please note that any received image will be, in principle, converted to GIF format through a process optimization for web publishing, using professional software. Exceptions will be made in situations that demonstrate that the conversion to GIF format affect significantly the appearance and quality of the image. Image sizes accepted: no restrictions (however, reasonable sizes are recommended). nanogolive can resize the images for composition purposes.
• Document in PDF format for download: accepted
• The text of the article should not include HTML formatting besides bold, italic or bold and italic characters.
• Text format: MS Word document or e-mail.

The featured event(s) sent by the Clients to nanogolive must be at our editorial board within 10+ business days prior to the publishing date.

If the Client does not follow this specification, the result will be a delayed publishing date and the Client must assume total responsibility of it.
