Formed in 1997, The Science Advisory Board is an online panel of more than 36,000 scientists, physicians, and other life science and medical professionals from 84 countries. By convening electronically, members use The Science Advisory Board's many online forums as means to discuss their research, interests, or identify solutions to problems encountered in one's research. Board members also have the ability to participate in online studies to voice their opinions on issues that directly affect the evolutions and development of the tools and techniques of their profession. As a Member of The Science Advisory Board, you will have access to databases of scientific protocols, peer-reviewed books, and end-user experiences with life science equipment and manufacturers.
Membership is free; in fact, members are compensated for any participation through The Board's Honoraria Program in the form of ViewPoints. ViewPoints can be earned through a variety of activities including: study participation, book/website/product reviews, forum participation, or member spotlights. Viewpoints can be redeemed for a wide variety of rewards found in our rewards catalog.
